Ordering Confirmation

Within a few minutes of completing your order, you will receive an email from Beading.My confirming receipt of your order.

Shipping

Goods will be shipped within 1-2 Working Days after payment has been confirmed by email. Sometime additional 1-2 working days is required during peak season like SALE period, Seasonal period....etc.



Tracking number will be advised via email for tracking purpose after your goods shipped.



No shipment on Wednesday, Sunday & Public Holiday.

How to Order

1) Add A Product
Ordering with Beading.My is as quick and easy as 1-2-3. Browse the product categories or use the Product Search box to quickly find an item by its description. When you've found the item you are looking for, click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your cart. To change the quantity of any item, click "My Cart" link located in the upper of each page and enter the new (total) quantity you would like to order and click on the ''Update'' button. To view additional information about a product, click on the item name or image. You will find a larger image(s) and detailed product information.

2) Review Shopping Cart
To arrive at the shopping cart from any other page, click on the ''My Cart'' link again. Once at the shopping cart, you can review all the items that you have placed in your shopping cart and information about each item. You can also make some changes to your shopping cart here, such as modify quantities or remove an item from your shopping cart. If you make any changes to your order, click the "Update Subtotal" button at the bottom of the page. If you wish to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button. If you are finished selecting items, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

3) Login Page
If you are new to Beading.My, click the "Create Your Account" button to proceed to the account information page. Current customers may Login using a previously registered email address and password or lookup an existing account using their personal Beading.My account number and zip/postal code. 4) Check Out
1. Address Information

If you need to update your billing information, you may do so at this screen. If you will be shipping to an address that is different from your billing address, please check the appropriate box. The Ship-To Address information will appear and you may either select a recipient from your Address Book and click ''Update'', or enter information for a New Recipient and click ''Continue'' at the bottom of the page.

2. Shipping

All available shipping options to your address will be listed. Once you have made your selection, click ''Continue'' at either the top or bottom of this page.

3. Payment Information

Your product total, shipping and handling cost and total All-Assortable savings will be listed. This is the screen where you will enter your payment details, then click ''Continue''.

4. Order Review

Confirm all order details, including billing and shipping addresses, shipping method, payment details and Cart contents. This is your last chance to cancel your order before it is processed. Once all information is correct, click ''Finish Your Order''.

5. Order Confirmation

You are now on the Order Confirmation page. This page gives you a summary of the order, including your order number. Please reference this number if contacting customer service regarding your order.
