Where is your brick-and-mortar store located?

Block C-3-5 (2nd floor), Pacific Place Commercial Center, Jalan PJU 1A/4, Ara Damansara, 47301, Petaling Jaya.

What is your branch operating date & hours?

We only open for walk-in purchase on weekend (Sat & Sun). Our branch is always closed on weekdays. Operating hour is from 11am to 6:00pm. We suggest customers to refer this schedule before dropping by to avoid disappointment.

How to get there:

1) By car: Search Waze/Google Map for Evolve Concept Mall. Park your car under the mall's car park (FREE parking for the time being). Exit the Ground Floor main entrance. Pacific Place Commercial Center is just next to the mall.

2) Take LRT (Kelana Jaya Line) to Ara Damansara Station. Pacific Place is within walking distance of under 10 minutes. You will pass by Evolve Concept Mall


Do you accept credit card or debit card?


Yes we do accept Visa/Master credit card and debit card.

Do you carry all items as shown online in your branch?

We do carry most of the popular items (around 4,500 items to date) at branch but not every item. Although our branch is quite large (2,000 sq ft), but it is still relatively smaller as compare to our warehouse in Seremban (3-storey building ~ 4,500 sq ft). FYI our warehouse houses around 7,000 items to date.

Where are you located?


Our HQ (warehouse) is located in Seremban, 1 hour drive away from Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately, our HQ is a warehouse and does not offer walk-in purchase. To purchase directly, please visit our branch located in Ara Damansara.

How much is the postage to Malaysia?

Our system will calculate the shipping charge automatically based on the weight of your order. Check shipping charge in your shopping cart page after adding items to cart.

FREE SHIPPING is available for order above RM85 (incld GST - West Malaysia) or RM128 (incld GST - East Malaysia for up to 1Kg, discounted shipping rate apply for weight > 1Kg). For order below RM85/RM128 you can check the shipping rate at shopping cart page, our system will automatically calculate the postage upon checking out your order. How long does it usually take to process orders?

It normally takes us less than 1 business days to prepare your goods after receiving your order and payment. Most of the time orders are prepared within few hours during our business day. Orders received before 12:00 noon (Mon-Fri) are normally ship out same day. Delivery is normally next business day. Some areas (mostly in Sabah & Sarawak) requires 2 to 3 business days for delivery.

1) Additional 1 business day for Peak season and payment made through interbank GIRO Transfer. We strongly recommend customers to make payment through MOLPay in this case.

How to track shipment?

Tracking number will be updated in your account daily (Mon - Fri) after 6pm. To track order, simply login to your account with us, you'll find tracking link under Account Dashboard next to your order. Alternatively, tracking link will also be emailed to you automatically. Please check your email in the inbox or spam folder.



How does your pricing work, for example: Item XXX Sold per pkg of 10pcs (which is priced at RM3), does it refer to 1 pcs for RM3 OR 10pcs for RM3? 


All our products are sold in a packet, a strand or each (individual). The price listed is refer to either 1 packet or 1 strand or each (individual). In this case, the answer is 10 pcs for RM3.

Are all your products ready stock or pre-order?

All our products are ready stock. However, admittedly keeping store inventory accurately is a feat that not every retailer in the world can manage with current technology, including us. If some goods in your order are out of stock, we will keep you updated by emailing you.


How soon do you replenish the out of stock items?

It depends on date of purchase by our company and varies with products shipping method, MOQ requirement, stock supplier's availability, production and its origin. Therefore we cannot promise the restock date for any products that are out of stock, thanks for your understanding.

How do I add or remove item from the order placed?

Paid orders: Order cannot be canceled or ammended once it is in Processing status. The only way to add more items is to place a new order (additional items) and check out order as usual. You're required to pay shipping fees again (if any) as it is considered as a new order and we Do Not refund the shipping fees (if any) for 2nd order if combine shipped.

Please be reminded you're required to review the cart before placing the order.


Can I place order online and later self collect at your warehouse?

Sorry this service is not available for the moment :)


Do you offer dropshipping service and can I use your website images?

Sorry this service is also not available for the moment. Our images are taken by inhouse photographer and are strictly NOT allowed to be used for commercial purpose (You can use the image for knowledge sharing purpose provided give us credit). If we found out that you're stealing our images for use on your website/blog/facebook/any social networks for commercial purpose, your account will be reported and removed by the host/service provider.
