What does "BETA Version" mean?

The word BETA in our context means we are in the midst of uploading our products to the website. Please excuse for any typo or unavailable images.


Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?

With effective 20th Dec 2011, we no longer allow combine shipping from multiple orders. One-Order-One-Shipment policy.


Do you offer wholesale pricing?

As our prices are based on Mix and Match Discounts we do not offer a flat wholesale price. The lowest price is available when ordering the largest number of items in your cart, i.e: > 150 items currently. The discount apply to online purchase at Beading.My and for walk-in purchase but not for purchase made with Beading.com.my.


Do I still enjoy Mix and Match Discount for orders purchase from Beading.com.my?

No, Mix and Match Discount only applicable for order placed at Beading.my (beta). We are still in the progress of uploading new products to Beading.my (beta).


When will you ship my order?

Your order will normally be shipped out within 1 - 3 working days after receiving payment. Please allow extra working days during SALE period.

Why I can't see the images of your products?

To speed up the process of uploading products to our website, we may not be able to provide images for selected products.


Can I login using my username created at Beading.com.my?

No. You will need to re-register yourself once again at Beading.My. It's a simple process that only need you to create a username and password. Shipping address is only required if you place an order with us.


How do I register for a jewelry making class?

Contact us to register for a class. A deposit of RM50.00 will be required at the time of registration. Deposits reserve your place in our studio and ensure that classes are not over-booked. Your deposit is fully refundable if the class is canceled (unavoidable situation), or you may choose to use that same deposit to hold your place in the next available class. Students who find themselves in an unavoidable situation where they need to cancel (i.e., illness), will automatically have their deposit used to hold their place in the next available class.


What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is not in stock when you order, we will ship and refund or replace with similar item by asking your permission before shipping out your goods. We are both an Online Store and Brick-and-mortar store. Admittedly, supporting this feature requires substantial backend logistics. If someone purchases a product in the store, and someone is looking at the same item online, the store inventory has to let the online catalog know in real time that one fewer of that product is available. Keeping store inventory and online inventory in sync is a feat that not every retailer in the world can manage with current technology, including us.
