Are Beading.My and Beading.com.my belong to the same company?

What does "BETA Version" mean?

The word BETA in our context means it is not finished and is known to have typing error, product description error, part number error, images incomplete...etc. For your shopping convenient, you may prefer to shop with our stable website Beading.Com.My

Can I combine shipping for both orders with Beading.My and Beading.Com.My?

Yes. You only pay shipping charges once, i.e: RM5 for West M'sia or RM7.50 for East M'sia. Please select appropriate shipping charge for 1st order, and select combine shipping for 2nd order.

When will you ship my order?

Your order will normally be shipped out within 1 - 2 working days after receiving payment. Please allow extra 1 working days during SALE period.

Why I can't see the images of your products?

To speed up the process of updating our website for your benefit to enjoy the Mix and Match Discount, we do not provide images for most of the products. You may refer the images in our old stable website Beading.Com.My. FYI, this is a BETA version of Beading.My

Can I login using my username created at Beading.com.my?

No. You will need to re-register yourself once again at Beading.My. It's a simple process that only need you to create a username and password. Shipping address is only required if you place an order with us.

How do I register for a jewelry making class?

Contact us to register for a class. A deposit of RM50.00 will be required at the time of registration. Deposits reserve your place in our studio and ensure that classes are not over-booked. Your deposit is fully refundable if the class is canceled (unavoidable situation), or you may choose to use that same deposit to hold your place in the next available class. Students who find themselves in an unavoidable situation where they need to cancel (i.e., illness), will automatically have their deposit used to hold their place in the next available class.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

As our prices are based on Mix and Match Discounts we do not offer a flat wholesale price. The lowest price is available when ordering the largest number of items in your cart, i.e: > 150 items currently. This benefits apply to online purchase at Beading.My and for walk-in purchase but Not Applicable to purchase made with Beading.com.my. We are working hard to update all our products online.
